PILATES INSTRUCTOR

I am a physical therapist and osteopath from Spain.

I have been teaching Reformer and Pilates for 20 years and Yoga and Mindfulness for the last 10.

During my classes I focus on bringing awareness to the potential of the breath, and the movement of each joint and muscle paying attention to the small details that make the body move effortlessly and stay strong.

About me

I have over 27 years of experience as a clinical PT, osteopath, and Pilates/Reformer instructor, with a strong focus on conscious movement and injury prevention. My expertise also includes nutrition, breathwork, meditative practices, and the visual system.

I spent much of my early career studying, working, and dancing ballet before opening my own clinic in Madrid. There, I worked as a clinical therapist while teaching Pilates (Reformer, Cadillac and mat work), Gyrotonic, personal training, and Yoga.

After completing a Yoga Teacher Training with Trimurti in India, I was offered a position in Dharamsala teaching anatomy and biomechanics on 200h and 300h Yoga Teacher Trainings at Sarvaguna. The school was led by a traditional Hatha Pradipika monk, and I lived and worked there for two years, immersing myself deeply in yogic philosophy and practice.

Later, I moved to Chiang Rai, Thailand, where I taught for one year at a yoga school run by a former 300h student. After that, I relocated to Denmark, where I have been working at NOR and Welcome for nearly seven years. I collaborate with their international education programs in France, Spain, India, and Denmark.

Currently, I work in Denmark as a health consultant and assistant researcher, collaborating with several neuromarketing companies.
